It’s the same process at every harvest: we taste our fruit, and only select the best.
Once we’ve made our choice, our Quality team steps up to analyse the fruit and run full sorbet pop tests.
They monitor colour, flavour and texture - nothing is left to chance! This allows us to keep that same high quality from one harvest to the next.
